Stages of a brief, not a company chronology

There is no founding year, plant count or client roster to display. The line below is the order of work on a single inquiry.

    Capture the use

    Storage, shop, hangar or occupied rooms. Occupancy changes the code conversation before any steel is discussed.

  2. 02

    Write geometry and loads

    Footprint, eave height, bay spacing, clear span, wind speed, ground snow load and seismic design category, each tagged as buyer-supplied or still open.

  3. 03

    Mark the scope boundary

    Shell, delivered, installed or turnkey. Foundation interface, freight and erection each get an owner so totals are not blended.

  4. 04

    Collect factory replies

    Each reply names its proposed system and the documents that apply to that system. Missing rows stay open. The buyer decides.

A frame, a truck and a crew are different purchases. Percent gaps are not published here.

Buyer decision

Deviations in material, clear span or responsibility are flagged. Acceptance sits with the buyer.

Catalog names are inquiry options. Confirm the proposed factory, configuration, documents and availability before treating an option as an offer.
