Include specification, quantity, destination and delivery timing in the requirements step. If you move through the steps with script disabled, the whole form stays visible and the budget controls stay in the written box.
A useful file names the frame family you will accept, rigid frame or cold-formed steel, plus eave height, bay spacing and clear span. Add wind speed, wind exposure category and ground snow load when the jurisdiction has already assigned them. Leave those rows blank rather than copying a number from another county. State whether the quotation should stop at the shell or continue through delivery, installation or a wider turnkey set, and who owns the foundation interface and the crane lift plan.
Quantity is the number of buildings or modules. Destination is the place the truck must reach, not a brand’s historic yard. An optional budget should say the currency and whether it is per building or for the whole order. A supplier preference of premium, mid-range, budget or undecided is your note. CivicGate Sourcing does not convert that note into a verified rating, and it does not publish a percent gap between factories.
