How to read this list
A warehouse row is the right starting label when the building is mostly unoccupied storage and the decisions are clear span, door size and eave height. A workshop row should carry floor use, any future crane beam and the ventilation the process needs. A hangar row should carry door width and tail height before anyone talks about panel color. Module dimensions, transport envelope and foundation interface still matter if a supplier proposes a volumetric modular construction alternative or a panelized construction kit for the same use.
